Second Course
duck confit; confit thigh, duck fat potato, pearl onion and spaghetti squash
sautéed salmon; haricot verts, black beans, citrus, and fennel
roasted cauliflower; creamed spinach, crispy leeks, and preserved lemon
Third Course
salted caramel chocolate mousse; shortbread cookies
