Carlo will be showcasing his exceptional boutique production wines from the majestic Roero and Lange wine districts of Piedmont, Italy, paired with a sublime six-course menu created by Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne. The event is scheduled to take place in Volo’s beautiful cabana patio (weather permitting), located in charming Roscoe Village.

Arrive early and enjoy an aperitif with special guest Carlo Deltetto and friends along with Volo Managing Partner Jon Young for what is sure to be an event full of exciting wines, exceptional food, and good cheer!

About Chef Partner Stephen Dunne:  Before arriving in Chicago, Stephen worked in celebrated restaurants in New Orleans, Las Vegas, & San Francisco in addition to training at the 3-Star Michelin Restaurant Lucas Carton in Paris. Once in Chicago, he took over Chef de Cuisine positions at Spago Chicago, and the then recently opened MK. Stephen & Jon joined forces in 2005 to open Volo.
